• A submitted request does not constitute a guaranteed appointment until confirmed by our team via WhatsApp or Call.

3. Cancellation Policy

We value your time and the doctor's time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance.

This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may be in need of urgent dental care.
